Services: Assistance with utility bills, supply blankets, heaters and fans.
HOME CARE FOR THE ELDERLY (HCE):

Services: Case Management, Basic Subsidy, (Caregiver Allowance), Specialized Medical Equipment, Services and Supplies.

Services: Congregate Meal Sites, Health Support, Homemaker, Home Delivered Meals, Intake, Nutrition Education, Outreach, Respite, Screening, Specialized Medical Equipment, Services, Supplies, Telephone Reassurance and Transportation.

LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP):

Services: Assistance with utility bills and utility crisis resolution.

Services: Assistance with utility bills.
SALVATION ARMY:
Funding: Salvation Army
Services: Emergency Services.
TRANSPORTATION
TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS:
Funding: Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged and Medicaid HMO’s.
Services: Public Transportation
Transport elderly and disadvantaged to the doctor, medical facilities, meal sites and shopping.
