Services: Case Management, Companion, Emergency Alert Response, Homemaker, Home Delivered Meals, Personal Care, Respite, Specialized Medical Equipment, Services and Supplies.

ELDER FARMERS’ MARKET NUTRITION:
Funding: Department of Elder Affairs
Services: Fresh fruits and vegetables and information to educate elders on the nutritional benefits derived from consuming fresh produce.

EMERGENCY HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE FOR THE ELDERLY (EHEAP):

Services: Assistance with utility bills, supply blankets, heaters and fans.

TRANSPORTATION

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CENTER

Funding:  Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged, and Medicaid HMO’s.

Services:   Public Transportation Transport elderly and disadvantaged to the doctor, medical facilities, meal sites, drug stores and shopping.
